Dieting on the weekends is the hardest thing for me… I have been doing so well dieting and exercising Monday-Fridays, but then the weekend comes around and I go crazy. It’s difficult because my husband is finally able to spend time with me on the weekends, so we order take out and stuff.
I need to have more discipline on the weekends. -.- At least until I get to where I want to be. Just thought I would share a current struggle I’m having.
