I can’t believe it. I just finished week 3 of my intermittent fasting journey, and I crossed a milestone! If this is your first time reading my blog, I began my journey at 150lbs, and my ultimate goal is to hit 120lbs.
So I finally get home from work, and I figure, why not just see where I’m at “weight-wise”? I step on the scale and I am at 139lbs! I haven’t been in the 130s since a couple of years back. How refreshing…and motivating! I am so pumped to keep doing what I’m doing.
I am one step closer towards my goal. Anyone have any workout tips?
